Personal workout mat is a great product for all avvies that want to loose a few pixels :) The mat is menu-driven (based on MLP) and allows you to decide which exercise you want to do, what texture you want to use on your mat, who should use the mat (owner only or everyone - great for fitness clubs and gyms) and adjust poses to fit your avatar (no levitating over mat when exercising).
The mat contains following exercises (animations, not poses): Star Jumps, Squats, Stretching, Sit Ups, Bridges, Back Extension, Scissors, Sliding Legs, Reverse Curl.
There's also one 'relax' animation included.

Creator: Rock Portello: bInControl, at it's heart, is an Animation Overrider device that uses the terrific open source code originally developed by Francis Chung. While it base is an AO it's does so much more and is designed to make living in second life a little easier . All of these functions are things I would do every day (or want to do) but had to wear several attachments, dig through inventory to find, or write a script to discover. So the idea was to pull all of these together into one easy to use, non-obtrusive hud.
